  • Due to the unique nature of our product, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind
  • Custom commissions and all original works are non-refundable.
  • We understand the importance of receiving your artwork in perfect condition. If your order appears damaged or defective upon delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to orders@oyeyemidesign.com. We will do our best to resolve this issue promptly.
  • We reserve the right to assess damage claims on a case-by-case basis.
